Booking and Cancellation Conditions

The booking is firm after deposit
- 30% of the global rate (for a stay of more than 3 nights)
- the rate of the1st night (for a stay of less than 3 nights)

The Stay

In case of cancellation, the customer shall pay the nights spent at the hotel and lose his entire deposit.
(Art. 1590 – Civil Code)

Cancellation

In case of cancellation the customer loses his entire deposit.

Booking conditions for promotion offers

Prepayment is made at the booking.

The stay is neither exchangeable nor refundable.
